Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1⅓ cups granular Allulose*

Instructions

  1. Add the water and Allulose to a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to a simmer, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. *Monk fruit with erythritol doesn’t dissolve well, so it’s important to use Allulose for this recipe.
  5. Make flavored varieties by infusing various herbs and spices such as a handful of basil, mint, 1 knob of sliced fresh ginger or 1 sliced jalapeno and then straining when done simmering. You can also try sweet varieties by adding 2 scraped vanilla beans, 1 cup of blueberries or raspberries. This infuses the flavors to make exciting beverages.
