Welcome to Perfy! We’re committed to delivering your favorite brain-health soda to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we handle orders.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: Coming soon! Stay tuned for updates.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
- Orders placed after 2 PM PT on Friday or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day with the exception of WINTER SHIPPING (see below).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We one shipping option (ground):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Winter Shipping: We ship M-W
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of 2 cases or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
- For orders of 1 case or less, shipping costs will be a $3.99 flat fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
We want your Perfy experience to be, well... perfect! If you encounter any issues with your order:
- Damaged Items: Please email us at support@drinkperfy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product(s).
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact us within 5 business days.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, please reach out so we can make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process it. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@drinkperfy.com as soon as possible.
- While we cannot guarantee modifications after processing, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
