Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
If you’re not completely in love with your soda, we’ll refund your first case (up to 12 cans) in full. Refunds are eligible within 30 days of the order date.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@drinkperfy.com.
