Inspired by Perfy’s limited-edition Pepperoni Pizza flavored soda, this Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Bake brings together all the best parts of a cheesy, saucy pizza and a hearty baked pasta dish. The best part? It’s high-protein, gluten-free, and keto-friendly thanks to Kaizen pasta!
This dish is easy to make, packed with flavor, and pairs perfectly with a cold Perfy Pepperoni Pizza soda for the ultimate nostalgic pizza night.
Ingredients:
1 box Kaizen pasta
2 cups pasta sauce, divided
½ cup ricotta cheese
1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz pepperoni, divided (half diced, half left whole)
1 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Toppings:
Freshly sliced basil
Dried oregano
For sipping: Perfy Pepperoni Pizza flavored soda
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Cook Kaizen pasta until just before al dente, following package instructions.
Drain, then mix with 1 cup of pasta sauce to coat.
Spread ⅓ cup of the remaining pasta sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add half the pasta in an even layer. Top with ⅓ cup sauce, half the ricotta, half the mozzarella, and all of the diced pepperoni.
Build the second layer by adding the rest of the pasta on top. Cover with the remaining sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Arrange 9 whole slices of pepperoni on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden-brown top, but watch carefully to avoid burning!
Add any desired toppings & Enjoy!
Pair with a cold can of Perfy Pepperoni Pizza flavored soda for the ultimate meal!
