Low Sugar, Caffeine Free, Real Flavor
Perfy is a low sugar, caffeine free soda with 2-4g of sugar and 20 calories per can, made with real fruit juice. If you're on a GLP-1 medication and miss soda, here's why Perfy might fit.
If you take a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, you're probably paying closer attention to everything you eat and drink, soda included.
Perfy isn't a medicine and doesn't do anything to your medication. When we call it GLP-1 Friendly, we mean it fits what many people on GLP-1s look for in a drink:
Low sugar: 2-4g of sugar per can, up to 90% less sugar than traditional soda
Low calorie: 20 calories per can
Caffeine free: enjoy it any time of day, even late at night
Real flavor: made with real fruit juice and sweetened with stevia (plus monk fruit in most flavors), with no artificial sweeteners
That's it. No promises about weight loss or blood sugar, just a soda that fits the way you eat now.
Health experts commonly tell people taking GLP-1 medications to cut back on drinks with a lot of sugar, like juice, regular soda and full-sugar sports drinks. Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center lists them first among the beverages to limit on a GLP-1, and says water is the best drink you can have.
The American Diabetes Association gives similar advice for everyone watching blood sugar: drinks with added sugar, like regular soda, are best avoided because that sugar can cause spikes in blood glucose and adds calories.
So the question many people ask is simple: what can I drink when I want something that tastes like soda? That's the gap Perfy was made for.
Every Perfy flavor has 2-4g of sugar and 20 calories per can. Blood Orange Yuzu has the least at 2g. There's no cane sugar or syrup on the ingredient list. The sugar comes from real fruit juice, and the sweetness is rounded out with stevia (plus monk fruit in most flavors).
Our flavors:
Dr. Perfy: tamarind, pear, blueberry and blackberry juice. 4g sugar.

See them all on our flavors page, or read how we keep the sugar low on our low sugar soda page. Watching your blood sugar too? See our blood sugar friendly soda page.
Perfy is caffeine free, so you can have a can in the afternoon, with dinner or after a late workout without thinking about sleep. Instead of caffeine, each can has 50mg of L-theanine plus 30mg of either ashwagandha (Dr. Perfy, Cherry Cola, Fruit Punch) or turmeric (Tropical Citrus, Blood Orange Yuzu).
Tips for enjoying soda on a GLP-1. These are general habits, not medical advice. Your care team knows your situation best.
Keep water as your main drink. Ohio State notes that some people on GLP-1s eat and drink so little that they risk dehydration, and water is still the best choice. Think of Perfy as a treat alongside your water, not instead of it.
Go slow with bubbles. Ohio State suggests limiting carbonated drinks if they seem to cause bloating for you. Sip slowly, pour over ice, or save your can for when you feel your best.
Read the label. “Diet” and “zero sugar” don't all mean the same thing. Check the sugar, calories and sweeteners on anything you drink.
Swap, don't add. If you're replacing a regular soda habit, a lower-sugar can is an easy first step.
Not sure where to start? The Variety Pack (12 cans) has 3 cans each of Dr. Perfy, Fruit Punch, Tropical Citrus and Blood Orange Yuzu. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
A note from us: Perfy is a beverage, not a drug. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, it hasn't been studied with GLP-1 medications, and it isn't meant to change how they work. If you take a GLP-1 medication, have diabetes, or are pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor or pharmacist about what's right for you to drink.
Is Perfy GLP-1 friendly?

Can I drink soda while taking Ozempic or Wegovy?
