- 8 oz Dr. Perfy
- 3/4 oz amaretto
- 1/4 oz overproof rum
How to Make Flaming Dr. Perfy
- Fill a pint glass with 8 oz of Dr. Perfy
- Pour the amaretto into a shot glass and top it with the rum.
- Gently light the rum on fire and carefully drop the shot glass into the beer.
Tips & Variations
- For a zero-proof version, pour the Dr. Perfy over ice with a splash of almond syrup and skip the shot.
- Flame safety first: light the shot in the glass, drop it in right away, and keep hair and sleeves clear. It is just as good unlit.
